Trouble Shooting Guide for Slot Machines
Error Codes and Descriptions
Do you have an IGT S+ slot machine with an error code that you can not clear? We can help you clear error codes. We have helped customers from all across the USA and Canada clear their error codes.

Many times when the display on the door indicates an error condition, open and close the door to reset the game and clear the error. Open the main door which clears the current game information and a "0" appears in the Coins Played window. Closing the door resets the game and the reels will spin and stop in their last valid position. The error code should clear and the digital display returns to normal game play. If the problem still exists or quickly reoccurs, use the information below to correct the problem.

3300 Hopper Empty This is the most common error that new slot machine owners will have because the cash out button was pushed and the number of coins in the hopper is less than the total credits to be paid out. Open the main door and check the hopper for coin level (your hopper will not dispense all of the coins), refill and close the main door. You may have to do this several times for all of the credits to be paid out.
41 Reel #1 Tilt Designated reel is misaligned or malfunctioning.
Verify reel is not unplugged.
Switch connectors from one reel to another, determine if error follows change of connectors. Try replacing reel assembly or optics if error stays with bad reel.

CHERRY MASTERS

 

We are the largest mid-west manufacture of both counter top and upright cherry master game machines. These are also called 8 liner machines. Our cabinets are the finest quality on the market. We use a premium grade of high density wood, not cheap particle board and Wilson Art Laminate which is very durable and scratch resistant. We even laminate the inside to prevent termite problems.. We only use brass and stainless hex screws and no staples as our competitor does.. We make a premium grade machine and you will pay more for ours, but our machines will out last any competitor machine.

Our computer boards can be set by the operator from 35 % to 95 % just by changing the dip switches on the board. We will provide the dip switch combinations with every sale.

NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS
If you are just looking for the cheapest machine, STOP RIGHT HERE and call one of our competitors. You can even call me and I will give you their name and number.

We use only new Well Gardner video monitors, no rebuilt or re furbished monitors, no re built bill validators. We do not use any re built parts. We use hex nut screws and we do not use staples. Our units are the best quality you can purchase. You will pay $ 500.00 more for our units, but if you purchase one of our competitors re built models and it go out for even one day, you lost revenue and customers.

LAMINATE


As stated above, to comply with most State Health Department regulation, if these machines are used in or around an establishment that has a food license, these machines are double laminated, which means that the inside is laminated too. Our machines are the only machines which meet these requirements.



POWER SUPPLY
We also use a power supply unit that costs over $ 150.00 which is made by Pacific Industries manufactured in the USA. We do not put in any overseas cheap $ 20.00 power supply units as our competitors do. Remember these machines are usually left on for hours, if not weeks and months and do not cheat yourself with a cheap power supply or you will be buying new monitors every few months. Our new 2002 power supply which we had exclusively made for our application has a built in fan to dissipate heat.

GAME BOARDS
You will get a cherry master game board worth $ 100.00 with either machine. If you desire an upgraded board, such as fruit bonus 96, you can deduct $ 100.00 from the cost of other optional boards. Prices for these boards are listed below and you will receive a $ 100.00 credit towards the board you choose. We also provide a dip switch guide to set your percentages, bonus games, pay outs, sound, and many more game functions. A complete list of game boards are attached below. Call for prices.

POKER BOARDS
We also have one game poker board for $ 100.00 that run on the existing buttons. We also have a Poker Mania board which has ten games. This board is $ 495.00 and you will need a ten button panel and SMS harness ( $ 75.00 ) to run this ten button game. The tenth button on the front panel will change the game menu.. At present poker boards will only fit on up right models and not in the counter top unit. Also poker boards are very expensive at this times and range from $ 400.00 to $ 600.00 per board. We are presently seek additional board suppliers however there is only one in the USA at this time.

MULTI-GAME POKER MANIA


The following games are on the Multi Game Poker Game Board ( $495.00 ) : Super Draw, Top Draw, Riverboat, High Speed Bonus, Jackpot bonus, Hi-Lo, Philly 5 Card, 10,000 Fun.



CREDIT RE SET SWITCH
These machines work on credits that are displayed on the monitor. If you wish to delete the credits there is a re set switch on the front panel on the upright model and a rear re set button on the rear of counter top models.

REMOTE CONTROL RE SET CONTROL
We have available remote controller, similar to a garage door opener, that will re set the machine from behind a booth or counter without having to physically press the re set switch on the machine. These remote control switches complete with wiring cost $ 150.00.

METERS


Each machine was coin in ( bill pulse ) and coin out meters. There are also two re set meter switches.

TICKET DISPENSER

A ticket dispenser is optional for $ 52.00 per machine. We use a Deltronic ticket dispensers. They will also have a 7 th button to dispense tickets at what every ratio to credits you choose.

TICKET PRINTERS
Ticket printers are also available for $ 102.00. This includes the PIFD board ( Periferal Inter – Face Device ) which will clear the credits from your computer board after the customer prints a ticket. The ticket printer is the best method because the customer gets the full amount of his or her winnings, unlike a ticket dispenser that only gives tickets for whole amounts. Ticket printers use any roll paper obtainable at any local office supply stores.

We can also place the ticket printer inside all upright cherrymasters.

We can also pre-program the printer to print your store name at the top of the ticket header.

We also will supply you with software and a UBS connector so you can program your ticket printer with your company name, location and phone number.

MASTER PRINTER / LINKED SYSTEM / PC COMPUTER


We have available a system that saves buying a printer for each machine if you have multiple machines. The system has one PC computer linked to up to 15 machines and a central printer that prints tickets with the number of the machine it came from. The customer must then come up to the counter and pick up their ticket once they pressed check out on the machine. This system costs $ 102.00 for the initial printer, $ 10.00 for a wiring harness and $ 24.00 for a hook up harness for each machine. The master PC is optional but available for $ 90.00 and is recommended.



CREDIT CONSOLE



We also have a master control console that eliminates the need for a bill acceptor. Your customer comes up to the front office, pays a certain amount of money to the clerk, and the clerk puts that amount of money on the machine. When the player is finished, they can press for a ticket and bring the ticket to the office to redeem for cash or prizes. There is an option for the clerk to print the ticket also. There is also a lock on the unit so unauthorized people can not add credits. This console costs $ 50.00 plus cable.



BILL VALIDATORS
Counter top units use a HSV 300 bill acceptor and the Upright unit uses a SLEC 01 bill acceptor manufactured by Astrosystems. Stacker units are available also. Mars bill validators are 200.00 more. We also make to order slant top or sit down cherry masters. They are $ 50.00 more due to the stacker bill box needed. All our bill acceptors will accept both new and old bills.

OPTION COIN DROP / COIN HEAD


A optional coin entry head and coin comparitor ( quarter ) is available. This system is 50.00 extra. Example : if you drop four quarters, you would have a 1.00 credit and if your machines is set on 10 credits for $ 1.00, you would have ten credits. There is no coin hopper but only a coin drop if a wrong or bad coin is rejected.



ACCESS DOOR / LOCKS / KEYS


All upright models have a lock for the top video compartment to access the monitor and front glass. There is also a middle access door for the bill validator , meters , power supply and game board. There is a lower cabinet access door to obtain the currency. All three access compartment doors have matching keys.



POKER BOARDS



Eight game multi-game poker board will work on either the counter top or upright cabinet. The price of this board is $ 200.00.

LOCK N ROLL GAME BOARDS


We also have what are called lock n roll boards. If reel number one and reel number are a match, you can press the button under that reel and hold those two positions. Then you can spin just the third reel and thy to get all three to match. These boards are about $ 100.0 more that the regular boards.

All boards have instructions to set credits per $ 1.00. Credits range from 1 / 10 th cent, ½ cent, .01 cent, .025 cent, .03 cent, .04 cent, .05 cent, .10 cent, .25 cent, .50 cent and 1.00 . Credits are set with dip switches on dip switch bank # 3. There are five dip switch banks on each board as well as a set of dip switches on the bill validator.

Due to price chances from our suppliers for parts, we reserve the right to pass along any price increases from the time of a price quote to manufacture date.

Please note that on board only purchases, these sales are without warranties because if your machine has a short and our board is shorted out, we will not warranty it. You will also have to have instructions to your bill acceptor to set dip switches to match that on our boards. Our boards are INTERFACE to our bill acceptors, yours may not be.



FLORIDA ADULT GAME ROOMS



At present a potential operator should contact the local zoning department in their area to see if there are any adult arcade permits available. Also contact the State of Florida to apply for a permit / license for 50 or more machines. At present the yearly fee is about $ 20.00 per machine and you must have at least 50 machines per location.



You will also need an occupancy permit from you local fire department.



You also need a fire inspection done by your local fire department.



You also need to contact your local building electrical inspector to see if you need additional electrical service for 50 machines.



You also need to have each machine hard wired to an electrical outlet, no extension cords. Commercial wall strips are permitted in most places as long as the main electrical service box meets the amps per machines.



You will also need at least two ceiling smoke eaters for a location that has 50 machines.



Food is permitted as long as items such as pizza are brought in and no food items are prepared on site. Pre-wrapped items like chips in bags are permitted as well as sodas in cans.



Sit Down versions are $ 1650.00 per machine and uprights are $ 1500.00.



These prices include the cabinet, monitor and bill acceptor, 1,5,10 and 20’s.



A Debitek card reader installed is $ 600.00 per machine.

 

Additional cards are $ 1.00 per card .



Game skill boards cost about $ 400.00 each, some are only $ 100.00 and some expensive ones cost $ 800.00 .



Shipping is $ 110.00 per machine to Florida. There is also a $ 50.00 crating charge per machine.



Total price per machine including shipping would be $ 500.00 .



On orders over 50 machine, there is a 10 % discount on the base machine price.



Payment in full is required prior to starting any order.
